得獎者通知方式

  • 將以電子郵件個別通知得獎者之 KakaoTalk ID 加好友方式 及身分驗證相關注意事項，請留意您於訂單中填寫之聯絡方式與信箱。
    Winners will be individually notified via email with details regarding KakaoTalk ID add instructions and identity verification guidelines.
    Please check the contact information and email address provided at the time of order.

 

發貨說明

  • 所有透過本活動訂購之專輯，將於活動結束後開始依序分批出貨。
    All albums purchased through this event will be shipped in batches after the event ends.
  • 依特典卡及專輯準備狀況，出貨作業可能需 14 個以上工作天（不含週末及國定假日）。
    Depending on the preparation status of the pre-order benefits (bonus cards) and albums, please note that shipping may take 14 or more business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

身分驗證與回覆說明

  • 為進行身分驗證，得獎者須於截止期限前，將應募時所填寫之個人資料回覆至指定 KakaoTalk 帳號。
    Winners must submit the same information used during application to the designated KakaoTalk account by the deadline.
  • 僅限回覆內容與應募資料完全一致者方可參與活動。
    Only participants whose information exactly matches the application details may join the event.
  • 若回覆內容與應募資料不符，或通話時非本人出席，將無法參加活動。
    If the participant is not the actual winner during the call, participation will not be allowed.
  • 請務必於截止期限前完成回覆。
    Please respond within the deadline.

  • 本國人：中華民國身分證、護照、健保卡、駕照
    Citizen：National ID (Taiwan), Passport, National Health Insurance Card, Driver's License
  • 所有外國籍參加者：護照
    All Foreign Nationals：Passport
