    Winners will be notified individually via email regarding the results and identity verification procedures. Please stay attentive to the contact information and email address provided in your order.

 

發貨說明

  • 所有透過本活動訂購之專輯，將於活動結束後開始依序分批出貨。
    All albums purchased through this event will be shipped in batches after the event ends.
  • 依特典卡及專輯準備狀況，出貨作業可能需 14 個以上工作天（不含週末及國定假日）。
    Depending on the preparation status of the pre-order benefits (bonus cards) and albums, please note that shipping may take 14 or more business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

1:1拍照會流程及注意事項

  1. 中獎者需於活動開始前2小時開始進行身份確認並抽取座位號碼，並於活動開始前30分鐘 依序入場。
    Winners must arrive 2 hours prior to the event start time for identity verification and to draw a seat number. Admission will begin 30 minutes prior to the event, and winners must enter in sequence according to their seat numbers.
  2. 請務必於指定時間入場，活動開始後遲到者可能會限制入場，請務必遵守時間。
    Punctuality: Please ensure you arrive at the designated time. Latecomers may be restricted from entering once the event has commenced.
  3. 請攜帶包含姓名、出生年月日及照片之有效身份證件。
    - 身份證姓名與應募者姓名不一致者，無法參與活動。
    - 可接受之證件：
    · 未成年者：國小／國中／高中學生證（需包含照片＋出生年月日）、健保卡、護照
    · 成年者：中華民國身分證、護照
    · 外國人：有效期限內的護照 
    ※ 大學生學生證不可作為身份證明
    - 僅限使用實體證件（照片、影本、APP等皆不接受）

    Please bring a valid form of ID that includes your full name, date of birth, and photo.
    - Participation will be denied if the name on the ID does not match the applicant's name.
    Accepted Documents:
       · Minors: Student ID (Primary/Middle/High School with photo and DOB), Health Insurance Card, or Passport.
       · Adults: R.O.C. National ID or Passport.
       · Foreign Nationals: A valid Passport.
    - Note: University Student IDs are NOT accepted as valid identification.
    - Only physical original documents are accepted (photos, photocopies, or digital apps are strictly prohibited).

    ※ All documents must be valid.
     
  4. 本活動可代購但僅限中獎者本人參與，若發現轉讓將立即請離活動現場。
    While proxy purchasing is permitted, only the actual winner may participate in the event. Any discovered transfer of winning rights will result in immediate removal from the venue.
  5. 本次活動無額外中獎者特典，敬請留意。
    Please note that there are no additional winner perks for this event.
  6. 本活動於非公開場地與藝人進行 1:1 拍攝。
    This event features a 1:1 photo session with the artist in a private venue.
        ·   拍攝姿勢需於公告期間內事先提交，現場無法更改。
             Photo poses must be submitted in advance during the announcement period and cannot be changed on-site.
        ·   若姿勢不當，工作人員將進行調整，嚴禁與藝人有身體接觸或將手靠近藝人臉部及做出觸碰性動作。
             Staff will adjust poses if they are inappropriate; physical contact with the artist or placing hands near the artist’s face is strictly prohibited.
  7. 報名時請於姿勢欄填寫欲拍攝姿勢，現場不得更改，並可能依工作人員判斷進行調整。
    Please fill in your desired pose in the pose column during registration; this cannot be changed on-site and may be adjusted at the discretion of the staff.
  8. 活動開始後將限制進出場，請於開始前先行使用洗手間。
    Entry and exit will be restricted once the event starts; please use the restroom before the event begins.
  9. 若對藝人有不當言行或提出不合理要求，工作人員將制止並可能請離現場。
    Inappropriate language or unreasonable requests toward the artist will result in a warning or removal from the venue by staff.
  10. 請妥善保管個人貴重物品，如有遺失或遭竊，主辦方概不負責。
    Please take care of your personal valuables; the organizer is not responsible for any loss or theft.
  11. 禁止遞送手寫信件和任何道具（頭飾、花束等），無論是否事先提交。
    Handwritten letters and any props (headbands, bouquets, etc.) are prohibited, regardless of whether they were submitted in advance.
  12. 禁止透過 SNS 進行即時直播，違者將立即請離現場。
    Live streaming on SNS is prohibited; violators will be removed from the venue immediately.
  13. 活動場內禁止飲酒，飲酒者將限制入場或強制離場。
    Alcohol consumption is prohibited in the venue; those who have consumed alcohol will be denied entry or forced to leave.
  14. 根據現場實際狀況及考量安全與營運需求，主辦單位保留變更活動內容、順序或參與方式之權利。
    The organizer reserves the right to change the event content, order, or participation format based on onsite conditions, safety, and operational needs.
  15. 如遇不可抗力之特殊事由，活動成員可能在未經事先通知的情況下有所變動。
    In the event of force majeure, the participating members may change without prior notice.
