得獎者通知方式

  • 將以電子郵件個別通知得獎者及身分驗證相關注意事項，請留意您於訂單中填寫之聯絡方式與信箱。
    Winners will be notified individually via email regarding the results and identity verification procedures. Please stay attentive to the contact information and email address provided in your order.

 

發貨說明

  • 所有透過本活動訂購之專輯，將於活動結束後開始依序分批出貨。
    All albums purchased through this event will be shipped in batches after the event ends.
  • 依特典卡及專輯準備狀況，出貨作業可能需 14 個以上工作天（不含週末及國定假日）。
    Depending on the preparation status of the pre-order benefits (bonus cards) and albums, please note that shipping may take 14 or more business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

活動注意事項

  • 中獎者於活動開始前2小時開始進行身份確認，並於活動開始前15分鐘依序入場。
    Winner ID check starts 2 hours before the event. Entry begins 15 minutes prior.
  • 請務必於指定時間入場，活動開始後遲到者可能會限制入場，請遵守時間。
    Please enter on time. Late arrivals after the event starts may be denied entry.

  • 請攜帶包含姓名、出生年月日及照片之有效身份證件。
    - 身份證姓名與應募者姓名不一致者，無法參與活動。
    - 可接受之證件：
    · 未成年者：國小／國中／高中學生證（需包含照片＋出生年月日）、健保卡、護照
    · 成年者：中華民國身分證、護照
    · 外國人：有效期限內的護照 
    ※ 大學生學生證不可作為身份證明
    - 僅限使用實體證件（照片、影本、APP等皆不接受）

    Please bring a valid photo ID with your name and date of birth.
    - If the name on the ID does not match the applicant's name, you will not be allowed to participate in the event.
    - Acceptable forms of identification:
      · Minors: Student ID (with photo & DOB), Health Insurance Card, or Passport.
      · Adults: R.O.C. National ID or Passport.
      · Foreign Nationals: Valid Passport.
    ※ University Student IDs are NOT accepted.
    ※ Physical IDs only (photos, copies, or app IDs are not accepted).

    ※ 所有證件皆須為有效期限內。
    ※ All documents must be valid.

  • 本活動可代購但僅限中獎者本人參與，若發現轉讓將立即請離活動現場。
    Proxy buying is allowed, but only the winner may attend. Any transfer will result in immediate removal.
  • 擅自更換座位或隨意移動，經警告後可能會被請離場。
    Changing seats or moving without permission may lead to removal after a warning.
  • 若對藝人有過激言行或提出不合理要求，現場工作人員將制止並可能請離現場。
    Inappropriate behavior or unreasonable requests toward artists will result in removal.
  • 禁止於SNS進行即時直播，違者將立即請離現場。
    Live streaming on social media is strictly forbidden. Violators will be removed immediately.
  • 活動場內禁止飲酒，飲酒者將限制入場或強制離場。
    No alcohol inside the venue. Intoxicated attendees will be denied entry or removed.
  • 根據現場實際狀況及考量安全與營運需求，主辦單位保留變更活動內容、順序或參與方式之權利。
    The organizer reserves the right to adjust event details or rules based on onsite conditions.
  • 如遇不可抗力之特殊事由，活動成員可能在未經事先通知的情況下有所變動。
    Participating members are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

活動流程注意事項

  • 得獎者請於活動開始前至少30分鐘抵達會場確認身份,活動開始後將無法進入會場,請務必準時到達。
    Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start for ID check. No entry after the event begins.
  • 於非公開場地與藝人進行1:1拍攝,中獎者將得到一張與藝人的合照拍立得。
    1:1 private photo session with the artist. Winners will receive one Polaroid photo.
  • 拍攝姿勢由主辦方提供選項,並於現場直接進行挑選。
    Photo poses must be chosen on-site from options provided by the organizer.
  • 由於拍立得特性,成品可能因構圖或角度與預期有所差異。請務必理解此點,現場恕不接受以此類原因要求重拍,敬請見諒。
    Due to the nature of Polaroids, angles and composition may vary. Retakes are not accepted.
  • 嚴禁與藝人有任何身體接觸,或將手靠近藝人臉部及做出碰觸性動作。
    No physical contact with the artist, including hands near their face or touch gestures.
  • 活動開始後將限制進出場,請於活動開始前先行使用洗手間。

  • 本活動可接受手寫信,請於身分確認時直接交由工作人員且將於入場前15分鐘截止收件,截止後不可追加提交。
    Handwritten letters are accepted at ID check. Submissions close 15 minutes before entry.
  • 現場嚴禁攜帶或使用任何具攝影、錄音、錄影功能之裝置(如相機、録音機、手機、智慧手錶等),一經發現將刪除資料並強制請離現場。
    Recording devices (cameras, phones, smartwatches) are banned. Violators will have data deleted and be removed.
  • 若對藝人有不當言行,提出不合理要求,或做出影響他人參與之干擾行為,現場人員得進行勸導、制止,並可能直接要求其強制離場。
    Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will lead to warnings or immediate removal.
  • 活動中請妥善保管個人貴重物品,若因個人疏忽造成損壞、遺失或遭竊,主辦方概不負責。
    Please keep your valuables safe. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage.
