發貨說明

  • 所有透過本活動訂購之專輯，將於活動結束後開始依序分批出貨。
    All albums purchased through this event will be shipped in batches after the event ends.
  • 依特典卡及專輯準備狀況，出貨作業可能需 14 個以上工作天（不含週末及國定假日）。
    Depending on the preparation status of the pre-order benefits (bonus cards) and albums, please note that shipping may take 14 or more business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • 得獎者將透過應募時所提供的電子郵件得到通知。
    Winners will be notified via the email address provided during the application process.
     

一日店長流程相關事項

  1. 身分確認從活動前 2 小時開始。
    Identity verification will begin 2 hours before the event.
  2. 請中獎者於活動開始前30分鐘完成身份確認，並依照工作人員指示等候，活動開始後不得入場。
    Winners must complete identity verification at least 30 minutes before the event starts, and wait according to staff instructions. Entry will not be allowed after the event begins.
  3. 本活動分為4個時段進行，每時段20人，每場活動時間約15分鐘。
    The event will be conducted in 4 sessions, with 20 participants per session. Each session will last approximately 15 minutes.
  4. 各時段可重複中獎，但若中獎次數超過4次，則該中獎資格將視為無效。
    Winners may win multiple sessions; however, if a participant wins more than 4 times, the winning eligibility will be invalidated.
  5. 本活動可代購，但僅限中獎者本人參與，若發現轉讓將立即請離現場。
    Proxy purchasing is allowed, but only the winner may participate. Any transfer of winning rights will result in immediate removal from the venue.
  6. 未完成身份確認者不得參加活動，中獎者姓名與證件姓名不一致者亦無法參與。
    Participants who do not complete identity verification will not be allowed to join the event. If the name on the ticket does not match the ID, participation will not be permitted.
  7. 請務必攜帶包含姓名、出生年月日及照片之有效身份證件。
    - 身份證姓名與應募者姓名不一致者，無法參與活動。
    - 可接受之證件：
    · 未成年者：國小／國中／高中學生證（需包含照片＋出生年月日）、健保卡、護照
    · 成年者：中華民國身分證、護照
    · 外國人：有效期限內的護照
    ※ 大學生學生證不可作為身份證明
    - 僅限使用實體證件（照片、影本、APP等皆不接受）
    Please bring a valid ID document containing your name, date of birth, and photo.
    - If the name on the ID does not match the applicant’s name, participation will not be allowed.
    - Acceptable ID documents:
    · Minors: Student ID (elementary / middle / high school, must include photo and date of birth), National Health Insurance card, passport
    · Adults: National ID card or passport
    · Foreign participants: valid passport
    ※ University student IDs are not accepted as identification
    Only physical ID documents are accepted. Photos, photocopies, and app versions are not allowed.
  8. 中獎者需於現場完成身份確認並參與活動，依工作人員指示提供以下資訊：
    Winners must complete identity verification on-site and participate in the event. The following information will be collected as instructed by staff:
        . 收集項目：姓名、聯絡方式、出生年月日
        · 收集目的：用於活動中獎者確認及進行。
        · 提供對象：JYP ENTERTAINMENT、Copan Global、FAIRYTREE 仙女樹。
        · 資料保存期限：於活動結束後 7 天內銷毀
        · Collected information: name, contact details, date of birth
        · Purpose: winner verification and event operation
        · Recipients: JYP ENTERTAINMENT, Copan Global, FAIRYTREE
        · Retention period: destroyed within 7 days after the event ends
     

一日店長注意事項

  1. 活動開始後將限制進出場，請於入場前先行使用洗手間。（入場時間後不得入場）
    Once the event begins, entry and exit will be restricted. Please use the restroom before entering. (No entry will be allowed after the designated entry time.)
  2. 若對藝人有過激言行或提出不合理要求，現場工作人員將制止並可能請離現場。
    Any excessive behavior or unreasonable requests toward the artist will be stopped by staff, and you may be asked to leave the venue.
  3. 請妥善保管個人貴重物品，如有遺失或遭竊，主辦方概不負責。
    Please take care of your personal valuables. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or theft.
  4. 僅可使用手機拍攝，禁止攜帶三腳架入場。（若影響他人，可能會被要求停止拍攝）
    Only mobile phones may be used for photography. Tripods are not allowed. (You may be asked to stop if you disturb others.)
  5. 僅限使用手機後置鏡頭進行拍攝，嚴禁使用自拍模式（前置鏡頭）或由粉絲與藝人進行同框自拍。
    Only the use of a mobile phone’s rear camera is permitted for photography. The use of selfie mode (front-facing camera) or taking photos with fans and artists together in the same frame is strictly prohibited.
  6. 拍攝時禁止使用閃光燈、AF輔助光等。
    Flash photography, AF assist lights, and similar features are prohibited.
  7. 禁止於SNS進行即時直播，違者將立即請離現場。
    Live streaming on social media is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the venue.
  8. 嚴禁與藝人進行肢體接觸。
    Physical contact with the artist is strictly prohibited.
  9. 本活動禁止傳遞信件及禮物。
    Letters and gifts are not allowed.
  10. 禁止攜帶拍立得相機及底片相機。
    Instant cameras and film cameras are prohibited.
  11. 為安全考量，僅限中獎者進入賣場。
    For safety reasons, only winning ticket holders may enter the venue.
  12. 會場內禁止飲酒，飲酒者將限制入場或強制退場。
    Alcohol is prohibited inside the venue. Intoxicated individuals may be denied entry or removed.
  13. 為確保活動順利進行，請務必配合現場工作人員指示。
    To ensure smooth event operation, please follow all instructions from staff.
  14. 根據現場實際狀況及考量安全與營運需求，主辦單位保留變更活動內容、順序或參與方式之權利。
    The organizer reserves the right to change event content, order, or participation methods due to operational or safety reasons.
  15. 如遇不可抗力之特殊事由，活動成員可能在未經事先通知的情況下有所變動。
    In the event of force majeure, participating members may be subject to change without prior notice.
